Deputy Chief of Mission Greene from the U.S. Embassy & Consulates in Japan, will speak on the importantance of innovation and the role of cities in building an inclusive and sustainable society. Mr. Yutaka Matsuzawa from Ministry of the Environment, Japan, will speak about the government's efforts to achieve carbon neutrality, future developments, and expectations for Yokohama.
